im buying a 230q supreme amp for elemental atm if you have the bits to make one
i will pay well too higher than your listed prices if you could make it soon as im pretty desperate ;P

The price is the price per amp, if you bring no materials (all are subject to availability). All greyed out are the ones with the least chance of being available (aka I rarely have mats for these). I mainly craft for dappers, if you want to bring mats, you'll need to talk to me in-game (when I can get on Ryzom again around Tuesday or Wednesday).
For % that is also subject to availability, but I almost always have mats for at least 71/100 and 93/91 elem amps and I *always* have mats for 83/83 elem/heal/off aff amps.
About low/med/high prices... People tend to ask about this a lot... But amps come in high, med and low quality, just like weapons and armor. The difference is sap load, hit points and looks, where High q of course has highest sap load/hp and low q has lowest sap load/hp.
As for 97/97 amps... I can rarely supply those if you do not bring your own supreme zun. I cannot harvest PR mats that high myself and we do not have a PR harvester in guild anymore
