Oui, Je parle en peu. And don't assume that ALL Americans are illiterate just because some of us CHOOSE to be. And Yes, we have heard about the near Socialistic system that is forming up in Europe. You all get WAY more time off than we do. It is COMMON for a worker to put 50 to 80 hours on time time clock in ONE week. I somehow just don't see other nations doing this.goudiou wrote:Hi americans, how can you talk about us, french people, when you
don't know how we live, how we work....
Who do you think you are??
50% of americans think Paris is a country and you can say how we work??
French Devs and French GM are online on the Klient for the w-e, they work...
Sorry for my bad english but can you speak french?
Also we get one to TWO WEEKS paid vacation/holiday...I read somewhere that other nations get MONTHS, depended upon the country, but of ALL industrialized nations the US got the LEAST paid time off.
I do not Characterize all French as Inspector Cluso (Pink panther, pardon my spelling, just spent a LONG business weekend on the road, five HOURS driving will goof up the BEST of spellers, add to that a sunburn...and you get my drift), PLEASE do not Characterize all Ameicans as Billy Joe Bob and his wife Bobby Sue.
We in America DO have a work ethic, MANY of us work ourselves danged near to DEATH. Having TWO incomes in ONE family isn't a Luxury here...you do it or learn to like Ramen noodles and peanut butter.
I think if the devs would at least inform us that they were planning on fixing things that MANY of the "I am leaving, Here, let me hold that door for the rest of us heading out." posts would not even happen. We would take the weekend off and do something more fun and wait it out. But it seems we are getting a WORLD of silence...which in the US is normally a signal of being at a loss for what to do.
