Is it possible to cancel pre-order

well it´s nice to hear something, but what about the others? Those who have the game, but no cd key on the manual? Nobody feels responsible there, do I actually have to buy the game again? I would like to have an answer, it´s almost one week after release, well when the release should be.

The key is on the back of the CD itself, but if it's not there I suggest bringing it back to the store and getting another one. If there truly wasn't a key then they'll be able to tell and shouldn't give you much of a hassle.
