Errr... you just described about 75% of the guilds on the server. Your best bet is to visit the Guild section, have a look at a guild list and pick a couple that would interest you according to your playstyle, then see for yourself if you get along with them well or not.

Most guilds are welcoming and will be happy to help newbies, because that's the way the community in this game is in general. Some are crazier, some are louder, some have a bigger ego, but that only makes the community as a whole more special and enjoyable.

I've been reading alot about Ryzom today, and i'm surprised that i havent played it before. I've played most mmo's that i've gotten my hands on, UO, EQ for 4.5 years, eq2, and now Vanguard for the last 1.5 years.


The community seems overall more mature and helpful, which is quite unusual

1.5 hours left of the DL, then i'll see you ingame

I am new here as well, not had a chance to even get in game yet (still DLing)
What i really wont to know most of all. can you be a fighter+healer and use the heals to heal your self when fighting? or affter the fight is over heal up to full health?
I have never been a big crafter what can i do when i cant find groups/teams to join up with. can you solo at all?
