That's too bad.. I was going to make a comeback too :P

Well.. if it is indeed the end, I hope they decide to release the source code at least. (In which case I will be glad to personally host ryzom on my own network!) ;)

..but then again, I'm so obsessive when it comes to programming I'd end up wasting away in front of this computer developing.. lol

Whatever the road may bring, I wish you all the best.. and I'll see you in another life!

its a sad day, but to be honest id rather they shut down, sold up, and then who ever bought it put a good 6 months of fixing up and then re released it, in a much less buggy, more complete state. Like it should have been long long ago.

If that happens then i'll probably come back along with a few extras from wow :)

That's more or less what is happening right now, isn't it ?

There is at least one potential buyer that we all know of, and maybe some other(s) that remain in the shadows. Otherwise, it would probably have been shut down after the 3 weeks at the beginning.

There is hope... as long as people come back when "they" (whoever they are) relaunch it. If nobody does... it will be over. :(

There's no such thing as stopping and smelling the roses too often. :)

Unless one stops a trek in the middle of a kincher spawn to smell the dziku. :p

It's a shame, but everyone saw it coming. Even so, I've been having a blast since the "3 weeks" announcement, and with recent activity it seems a lot of folks would agree. Silan was especially lively, perhaps because bankruptcy was the only publicity Ryzom got since GameForge bought the damn thing. (Thanks guys, I hope the rest of your company shrivels up too :rolleyes :)

Hmm, if you smelled the roses, I went for the whole flower shop! (Highest level 214)... But yeah, no such thing :p

*nods* We all knew this would most likely happen. I have been having a great time the past little bit tho. I'm really glad I came back, as someone else told me "I'm glad I have better memories of the end than the massive lag." I do however hope this will just be a break and it comes back better than ever. And of course lots of Homins come home too ;)
