The only way to see what I am talking about is to look in game. When ya walk by, it definitely looks like the "moon is out" .... if ya zoom in, ya might conclude she wearing a flesh colored pair of "panty hose".

The effect probably changes depending upon resolution, color level, vid card and screen quality. I'm looking using a 1920 x 1200 resolution at 32 bit color on a CAD / graphics workstation.
