Outposts are a game.
If you view them as just a source of crystals, you will lose the game.
If you donate it to Community OP, it becomes only a source of crystals and makes it impossible for others to use it in the game.
This particular game piece was held by the Kami, so it hurts them most of all.
I personally would rather see all the game pieces in the hands of the enemy, but still in play, rather than off the board all together.

Tomtiedomtiedom... outposts are designed GvG... tomtiedomtiedom... no one is really playing as intened. And ok we CAN play then FvF so I guess its in the game mechanics to act that way. But also we CAN donate an op to the community, so this is a legimate way to act too!
Nothing is holding you from attacking that op, game wise, now is just the rp and political part that is in the way. Thats when it gets interesting if you ask me...

They are designed FvF which I'm pretty sure the now KA would of loved to of participated in intended, however, others choose to make it AvA, and so it has become. It doesn't apear to be working out for the Kami Alliance just now though so they want an easy route/quick fix.
AvCCKA (Cloaked "charity" Kami Alliance) it is then.
Thanks for admiting the real goes on here though.

i can't understand why you and others are so desperate for us to defend our decision. remind me why you need to know, or do you just enjoy spreading bad feelings at every oppertunity?
Your guild brought it to the forums for political purposes. If your intentions were to share with other guilds, you could have done that without losing the OP. You did not. The decision was made to attempt to hide the OP from the faction wars while using it as one last antikara screed before it was released.
If this was about supporting the community TS could have continued to do that. Who better to fairly distribute the resources then TS. Instead you choose to grandstand and use it as a political tool on the boards. Once things began to turn out diffrently then you wanted, well it must be the communities fault, or the fault of people who do not care about the community. There is a reason the kami community is shrinking and it has nothing to do with me or the Karavan.
And yes Pero does intend to cause as much distress to the Kami as possible and he will not stop until they are all defeated.

so, you would feel a lot better if KA (and supporters) would join under 2 guild names and take 20 outposts ? (10 per guild limit i think).
(btw, not possible because guild hall bulk cant support that many ppl)
there would still be whine, just different kind.

Maybe he just doesn't like the defence for behaviour of "we are playing the game as it was designed" when even Jayce has come out saying "They are designed FvF which I'm pretty sure the now KA would of loved to of participated in intended, however, others choose to make it AvA, and so it has become."

AvA is as close as we can get to playing it as designed... what else are we supposed to do when other Karavan aligned wont support us in attacking in foreign lands? If thats how they want to play, a boring stagnant game and the mechanics allow it it's not our fault.

Jayce...it was designed for AvA.
If that were not the case, the battles would have been limited to only the guilds involved.
That there is a mechanism that allows for temporary, cross guild alliances means it was ment for AvA.

I'm not telling you how to play or what to do, would be a waste of my time and yours. All I'm saying is your not actual playing the game as designed, you've already partly adapted to how the community acts so a defence for your actions of "playing the game as designed" isn't accurate. Your really just playing the way you enjoy.

have you been in outpost battle ? you have 3 choices "Attack / Defend / Neutral".
if it truly would be FvF, then if you want to join op battle, you would need to tag up (for fvf).
same thing goes for GvG. if it really would be GvG, then there would be just "Tag up / Neutral".
btw, the FvF reference is from old loading text (?) that said that factions need to conquer .. hmm, nexuses ? it was just after outposts launched i think, about a year ago.
