Actually jacko, that part of the post wasnt directed towards hersh and Qual, since as you say, they HAVE proved themself otherwise.

It was actually directed towards CAREBEARS in general form.
And when i say carebear, here is my SERIOUS meaning of it:

A person who is OVERLY sensitive about people around them, having NO BACKBONE whatsoever, and will always seek to please everyone around them, making sure that they dont offend anyone, and will rather CHANGE their meanings depending on who they are talking too, as long as they dont offend anyone. If someone is sad because of something another person said/did they HAVE to help AND get angry for what the other person did, because it hurt someone. NO MATTER WHAT IT WAS.
In MMO's its often pvp, trade questions, or timing of events..

Now, whoever feel the need to be offended by this. PLEASE DO.
But THATS a carebear.

And Jy about your comment: Like it or not, agree with it or not, carebear is a perjorative insult aimed at people who do not like the dog-eat-dog, triumphalist, smack-talking world of PvP play...

That is BS, as i said, it has nothing to do with pvp in specific.

Then you've been read entirely correctly by the people criticising you and I'm afraid that is very much the pathology of the PvP players and games, though by no means a universal symptom.

from the start this thread has been useless and it's slowly turning into utter nonsense ! It was written to congratulate the participants of a PvP contest (or should I read between the lines : to brag/seek attention...) so far only 2 pple who participated have answered it ! Why do you need to congratulate a SMALL amount of pple on a forum meant to be read by EVERYONE ! Isn't a IG tell sufficient ? A Ryzom PvP junkie, and a former SWG player (I assume PvP'ed in this game too) that doesn't know what a carebear is? And then tries to play it off innocently as if he was referring to a TV cartoon? This ain't the SWG forums. Kudos to you even trying to pull that one off in here. I knew that the collective IQ of of KoO version 15.0 couldn't be higher than 13. Thank you for the confirmation.
