I remember EP2. Oh how I remember it. And all the pain and annoyance it cause so many. I lost one of my favourite people to EP2 because they disliked it so much. Many left during EP2 because they didn't like it. So I don't think you'll see alot of "I didn't like it" comments here due to the simple fact that most people who strongly disliked it spoke with their feet and left.

The only good thing that came out of EP2 for me is a strong friendship, built on annoyance and irritation at EP2, with many people.

I'd give up all of everyone's fun in EP2 to have Meena, and all those others who walked out, back with us. People like Meena aren't coming back and that makes me sad.

honestly i thought it could be better....why because they created content and then just took it away....also it seemed all very pointless in a solo ghuiss going it alone kinda way (which was the style at the time)....

Can i just how annoyed i am at how this turned into a personal *****-fest.

It was supposed to be a light hearted exercise into how many new people V how many old people. (bascily seeing if Ryzom 'lasts the distance' and how attarcive it is to newer players) It wasnt a dicussion on what EP2 was about, or wether or not you enjoying it. It wasnt a discussion on how PvP 'ruined' Otherwise i would have not had the title of the thread like it is.

The real issue is that the people who are arguing have been saying the same point for 6 months or so, and been saying it over and over again. (that goes to everyone not just this thread) TBH most people are bored of it. Why cant people face the fact that NEV felt like sumthing needed to be done otherwise it was doomed. so they did sumthing and its worked.(and even if you say it didnt work. you're still here, readin this. so duh!) They're not going to go back on somthing that has made their company more finacily secure.

I remember southgate snatcher too... It kept popping up on my screen when I was about 1 1/2 weeks into noob isle (You know the old one Kaemon,Think I spelled it right.) And was like... "Where the hell is south gate?" And started searching the south side of the map rofl...

Then right before I crossed over there was a noob event between the 4 islands to see which could kill the most... I killed so many so fast the GMs were like "wow great job Redslayer, Why don't you goto the mainland?" lol. I miss some of the GMs that are no longer here...

Still a few around that I met on noob isle Sam! where are ya ... post! lol.
