KA members spill their guts freely in normal conversation at the stables, maybe some sort of mind controll would come in handy for all members

no no thats pretty much the jist of it. The only bit u missed was they wanted to roleplay it - but it was declared upon. And the very fibre of atys began to crumble...

Some of that crumbling occured because *some* of the people involved in the decision to make the declaration, knew full-well that Samsara was *not* to be declared upon by OV. Most of the crumbling was due to poor, or *no*, communication. The rest of the crumbling has occured due to people that, despite some of our best efforts to get things settled down, some want to continue to stir the pot.
