As the devs are still working on improving the interface, some changes have been made since Marjo posted the document presenting the improvements two weeks ago.

See the new details here

Please allow us to rotate the Icon Bar so we can have it like it is now, or better yet let us turn it off, the only think I use it for now is to log out of game. The Icon Bar is the only window we can't hide, it would be nice if we could.

Alt-F4 to get the logout screen. There, now you don't need it at all.

The changes on that window are:
- its position by default (this will affect everyone when patching the interface).
- the MotD that will appear in Around only.
Will the MotD be repeatable? Or still only once on logging in, or if a change happens?

I Like the Running Action / Next Action right where it is plz make this available as an option , im guessing if I put it between the Player Window and the Target Window manualy il lose space

I usualy have those two stacked the same as illistrated in the new version, only problem being the Malus/Bonus Icons overlapping when they are active -so ive always ignored those lol , would be better imo if the Bonus/Malus where added to the lower edge of the Target window

With the Chat windows, can you fix it so you are taken out of Team chat when you are no longer in a team ? Its a trivial annoyance, but logging back on after quitting the game while in a team, and I am still in Team chat.. its just silly :)

1. Make the damage from gas or explosions while digging float over your head as it does with all other damage.

2. Make the error messages from tracking, (nothing in this weather) (not in this season). show in the bottom center of the interface as does the distance to the item you are tracking if you do successfully find a trackable target.

3. Same with your prospect messages as in #2.

4. Can we have a switch to put the results of /who in the around window instead of sys info?

Edit: 5. Same as #2 but with crafting. Have the partial success message, and the failure message be in the in the bottom center of the interface.

Please please let us somehow pick the the icon our actions use! All my melee attacks get the increase damage or acccurate attack icon when it would be 100X more informative to have the bleed or the circular or "after" credit icons instead! Right now it just uses the icon of the highest lvl stanza used but it should be the first stanza added or even better an explicit option to choose from all those involved. Same issue with harvesting actions, magic actions, etc.

Can we get a better way to control and get info on Dodge/Parry mode? I can't seem to be able to find an option to bind it to a key and clicking the button is cumbersome. Not to mention sometimes if clicked too fast it changes to the same thing twice (i.e. *click* "You are in dodge mode" *click* "You are in dodge mode")
Add to the fact there's no way to identify what mode you are in besides changing the setting (or getting attacked and hoping it kicks in). I would much prefer an indicator somewhere in the interface.

How about changing the crafting interface so that it is more intuitive to select the quantity of mat when placing the mat into the combination-preview.

So in otherwords if I need 9 wood, and I have a stack of 350, I drag the stack and it would ask me how many then. If I place a qty less than 9 it leaves the empty slot.

Changes things from a major inconvienice when actually crafting a fine piece of equipment to a minor inconvenience when manufacturing for levels.

:D

Can you link the In-scene settings to the desktops? This way I can have a desktop that has the HP, guild symbols, guild names and all off, and one that has some of that info on.

Thanks.
