u played this game alot? i no that the majority of them hav played since near release and i think they r a bit smarter than u
and it is an additional 5% for criticals and even b4 the new HA hp boosts, melee was annoyin in PvP battles as u hit ur magic aura and they kickd ur ass, they always hit when u r casting and they can interupt

SO SHUT UP DOUSTIN

PS i havent slept properly in a week and i had an exam today, there might lead 2 me goin crazy
Just see OP battles and boss hunts and who plays warriors there, its obvious ( not cause warriors are bad in OP battles, its cause using a nuker is much better in almost all aspects of game, so ppl uses his higher tree that its nuker or healer ). Actually that you say they are smarter than me it makes me proud cause i see the kind of person you are.

Pls sleep properly ;)

Anyway i just show the reality, if you dont believe me ( meanly new players ) check it for yourself.

ok i aint bn in a OP battle cos my comp crashes WAY to often
but in boss hunts we usually hav a melee cos it makes it easier and we (infinity) hav a wee bit of experience at killin bosses.
i dont really understand the part u said about smartness

If we can see more mages than melee in op battles it s cause theses skill are really easy and fast to lvl and most of the players get 250 in ele/heal before melee.

Melee is not so fast (whatever you can doing it fast till 225) so some players find it boring but you cant say it s useless cause only few players using it during op battles.

We ll see during Episode 2(armors werent patched yet) that tanks killing healers were really annoying.
But using a tank in a battle needs to have a tactic...

It would be fun too see an op battle where an army of tank rush an army of ele ...who would win ? :p

It is just the opposite players lvl up warrior to get hp to use a nuker or healer better. Its just a hp buff class for many. Also lvling a warrior i think its faster than nuker cause i take several mobs with circular attack, i get even 9k xp for every combat with 3 mobs at the same time.

As i said many times warriors are Ok in OP battles. Just see the disadvantages i showed. Probably tanks would lose cause all nukers casting bomb nukes would kill tanks before they reach. Using a tank in a battle doesnt need to much tactic, there is just a bunch of players all together and if you want to hit them you have to go there, and you get that if you have invul or magic protection ( for that you need to lvl up caster lvls btw ). The other option is to wait until battle is almost finish and go there?

Wait, you're saying melee is underpoweed but it's also easier? Which is it?

I personally find melee much more enjoyable than nuking or healing, though I'm sure everyone will agree there's room for improvement as well.

As for seeing outpost battles full of mages, an obvious reason for that is the flexibility of maging. Can nuke for one attack and have a heal ready to go right behind it. It's not melee's fault that being geared for magic lets you play many roles in a battle at once.

Yes this is a mage dominated game at the end of the day and this is catalysed by new players finding out how quick it is to level ele/heal. I think it is still a joke that ele/heal can be maxed to 250 in a month to 2 months when i was running around with my sword for bloody ages!

I kinda find it funny that so many people level this skill (yeah i know its a very powerful skill) but imo i find it incredibly frustrating standing in a team pressing the same button over and over and over again. Im not sure i will ever reach 250 in magic as i just dont have any interest in it.

I really think that being a warrior is a far more skillful profession especially when you have to time the parry credits, critical credits and feint credits perfectly to get the best use out of them.
Yep, I generally agree with this. Magic would be much more interesting to me if the different elements were split into different branches like the weapons are, and then some thought put into different kinds of elemental spells so that it's not just nuke...nuke...nuke.... How about an Ice Mage with a cold-based spell that reduces the target's resistance to acid so that along with nuking that kipee he can work on keeping its resistance down so that his Acid Mage buddy can help hurt it? Maybe not a great example, but stuff like that would make magic a lot more interesting for me.

who are those load of ppl ? ;) It seems you have solid proofs of the opinion of those load of ppl

ppl can see it with their own eyes as in OP fights almost everybody is caster, almost all nukers and healers. So, i can prove that ppl dont use to use a 250 warrior but most use nukers or healers.

You just prove to be trolling.
find a dictionary please. flaming and trolling by pointing out a fact about critical attacks, which was in fact something you asked about. lol

It is easier to lvl if you usally find a healer to team, and underpowered in most things as i showed in my first post.

That flexibility is also right. Its one more thing to play a caster.
