I feel the urge to repeat: Nevrax: If you're going to force factions on us, you're going to have to make faction-specific vendors. Very few people want to sell their wonderfully crafted items to the "enemy" -- and then get ganked by them.

I put my jewels in Dyron all the time, at the same prices I have done for the last 6 months, and few buy them. They used to sell very well, even after 'Haddo'. So how come noone's buying anymore?

A faction vendor would just half my measly trade.

Oh and Kaetemi, I somewhat agree that all the old-school "PvP haters" don't half moan a lot. It seems to me the original game is still there but the content they would like to see is still lacking. I can't blame them for moaning however; the game has gone off in the wrong direction for them. Not just that, but we all told Nevrax what we wanted and to be ignored is insulting. It is ironic that we all demanded content and remained loyal despite the lack of it and then when it came it was basically a case of 'what the heck is all this?'. I would moan too but in my book it's all a bit of variety. I can still endlessly grind Cloppers and talk about the style of Matis medium high quality lady armour and bemoan the power of mages.

Just some random thoughts there.

Personnaly I'm not sure about it all. The PvP is kinda like a great idea, but 250 levels of difference, mages owning, complaints and truces and moans about pulling, a general lack of interest, and so on, put the dampers on it a bit. Then again, the sense of community as our side pulls together, the new players to meet, the tactics, new zones and other things to talk about adds a lot. The idea of 'rewards' also sound interesting and the Spire Wars will bring about new stuff too. All amusing, but I would really rather have 150 working rites and outposts, but ho hum, who wants a different game anyway?

We unqiue players looking for a unqiue world will meet again someday and break free of profiteering duplicating recycling interlopers. Maybe Dark and Light?

Enough bla from me!

Don't think it, we have discussed fame requirements on gear in the past.

You wouldn't be forced to sell your wares only to your own faction, just the option would be nice.
