Exactly, noone has yet answered my question - which part of the COC is being broken by dragging aggro? A lot of people here seem to think that it is illegal but last night I couldn't find any mention of it in the COC.

Death Penalty that keeps stacking up on our side is lame. So the Karavan forces are to keep getting DP while the Kami jerks who do it dont and thus they can level at a faster rate then the Karavan that play by the rules but get screwed?
While it is not on that people are pulling aggro, instead of killing, it does happen on both sides.
Unfortunatly, I don't screen shot every time it happens.

"All's fair in love and war" as they say. I personally think its a legitimate tactic to drag mobs onto ppl. Now how about the counter measures, fear the kinch so that they run back with the person who dragged them, hit inv and run them back yourselves are two that spring to mind.
To use another quote, "Don't get mad, get even"

Screw the title Faction vs Faction, all I see is a giant Whine vs Whine area.
If you feel that dragging aggo is lame then great, hold that feeling of honor you have high.
If you like to drag aggro then great, hold that the stratagem used by you may have helped you hold the middle ground for a period of time.
Your never going to find that the masses hold the same ideals and beliefes you yourself do, so be it. If you get killed by a kincher:
A. you didn't take the time to set groups to clear the top area.
B. you are a person who likes to solo it.
C. there is a lack of organization in the area (which seems to be the case most of the time)
The one thing that I saw that helped in the top area is you have to have groups on constant patrol to clear the kinchers. You don't want to have Kinchers get pulled in then have the ones you left alive up top come join in too.

Since when is purposely giving someone else DP an acceptable action? "All's fair in love and war" just doesn't fly with me, what happened to personal responsibility and respect for others? War or no war, whether it's in the CoC or not, it's in poor taste. While I have to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of PvP, Episode 2 has been a blast. The battles have been fun, the struggle to hold strategic locations and dig as many mats as you can before you get overrun by the opposing force has been great. However, this issue of people dragging aggro is really pushing me away from the whole thing. I dare say making me sick and disgusted that it's happening, it's getting worse and that the GM's only response is "they are being watched and noted." Something should be done, whether it's penalties for people caught doing it, removing the kinchers, removing DP from the zone, whatever. But no one I know gets excited about having max DP, especially when other people are dragging it on you on purpose. It needs to stop, it is causing far more hurt and damage to the community than anything that is being gained from it. The community will remember your actions long after the war is over.

In this so called war there are no rules, as has been pointed out to the harvesters or peaceful minded participants on many many occasions and has been borne out by their actions.
If we dont want to die we shouldn't go there. Stay away we are told, so to those who love PvP but don't like others dragging mobs onto them and getting DP...erm "If you don't like it, stay away"
I don't agree with it myself and I'm not sure I would use it myself, I wouldn't go so far to say it's lame but I do agree that it is a legitimate tactic.
Religious wars always bring out the most fanatical who are willing to do anything for their cause. There are never any winners, only losers and when the war has finished there are always those who have to answer to their crimes against humanity.
Religions can and do co-exist side by side, there is no need for war. We can all learn from each other, we can all benefit from what the temples have to offer. The way forward is co-operation. Let's build the temples together...........
