What's the pay? We'll gladly take the contract for a cut of the mats. :)

Actually healing is one of my highest skills. (Foraging is my main) From the testing we did last night, the healing works jsut fine. I heal using singles anyhow, jsut means I gotta pay even more attention to where I'm firing and the speed of my amps is even more important now. I use enchants for emergancy res'ing. Single cast will give the person enough time for you to get the enchant off.

Naw, I like this "nerf". Just think they need to lower the stam and sap a little to be in line with health.

The vote really is very close.

As I write this, 48 people think the nerfs are just peachy.
41 think they could use some improvement.

Considering the Fanboi/normal player ratio on the boards, I suppose it shouldn't suprise us.

i voted "New heals are fine" and belive me.. i'm not a fanboy.
and so what, that sap/stam heal is higher than hp heal. who cares!
lower lvl healers can keep tank/nuker/healer up with their low lvl sap/stam and main healer can focus on hp heal

be very careful what you wish for!! there might be side effects you dont like.
(there was whining[dont think it was directly stated tho] about heal being too poverful in PvP. now "we" got what we wished).

Just got thru treking from Avendale to Fleeting Gardens, This was the hardest trek Ive ever made, I logged out with DP which is not unusual when treking. My highest lvl in the game for combat is healing. So I am pleased with the sap and stamina increases, but I am not happy about the heal/hp changes. One) I can now only focus on one person, Two) I will likely die trying to keep the one person up, three) the charges for the double heal are so high I cant even use my maxe heal anymore. So basically what is the point of being a healer anymore??

There are just too many things to complain about, and no one really listens to the healers anyway, so why bother :(

I haven't had a great deal of time to test this out, so my opinion may well be invalid. However, I have to say that this change is a welcome one. I agree with the others who have stated that the sap/stam should be reduced a little, because this "nerf" has jus tipped the balance in completely the other direction - HP used to be too high, now stam/sap are.

I'm looking forward to enjoying this game once more, I will admit to getting a little bored of it lately. As my guild will attest, I have hardly been on, and when I do come on, I find myself logging out within a short period of time. It felt like I had experienced almost all Atys had to offer. I'm looking forward to having hunts that feel like they used to when I was just a mere noobling.

Plus, Episode 2 is definitely on its way now! More events to keep me happy :)

As being mainly a forager/crafter I doubt I' d be of use to you; but should I had some combatskills under my belt, sure. That is if you can make it worth my while; a nice amount of cash, a bag of nice mats, special discounts, ....

I think the Samsara, and especially Mioette, who has been helping me countless times for hours on end won' t disagree with me when I say it is profitable on both sides.

XD hahaha :D

I think after another few days or so of this we should hold another heal vote.
I for one shall be changing my vote after extra time testing.

I feel:
#1 The Sap/Stam heals just shouldn't be more powerful that HP.
Personaly I think upping the HP a little and lowering the sap/stam would be best.

#2 I thought our spell adjustments were to balance PvP.
As I see it, it's really not don't a great job as far as nukes go, still only takes one or two hits with nukes.

#3 If we're to lose heal/nuke power then why havn't the mobs lost power &/or HP accross the board too? Things were fine mob wise, they seem to have forgotten the effect of PvP tweaks will have on normal PvE stuff.
This was proven so badly on a trek I did today which was a bit of a nightmare. I did the same thing just before the patch and that was alot more comfortable..

As I see the problem is that a lot of people are spoiled by the comfort they got used to.

Why should forage areas have to be accessible by a single player.
Why should special materials easy to get.
Why should trips have to be that boring as they usually were.

For me people asking for higher heals are like the ones whos sitting in front of the TV all the day. Wanna get something and do nothing for it.

Don't you want a team wipe? Don't let the tank go down. Help the healer.

I'm lvl 225 melee, I use lvl 170 armor and I'm happy with it, no problem at all, not even against bosses. Since the patch we got wiped once: we ran through cca 8 kipuckas the healer died and I came back to help but went to close to kipuckas. :)

You know, before we start my mates usually read my "Let's make a plan" message in the team chat. And we usually succeed.

Before the patch we went for bigger and bigger bosses because the small (read lvl 220 ones) didn't mean any challenge. Isn't it a joke to kill those bosses with 3 ppl (1 nuker and 2 healer)? I think it is a joke.

Now we have challenge in the game.

bye
