Im not angry about this - i dont keep a lot of tps, but it seems to be an inconvenience that has no point to it.
So really my question is - why? whats the point? other than an inconvenience to players and a discouragement to travel, is there something gained from doing this?
Its basically allowed for the buying and stacking of lots of copies of TPs (Wonderful stuff) but then made it too inconvenient to actually do that.
If, for arguement's sake a bulk is necesary for stacking items, why is it 0.5? why not 0.05 or even 0.005 so the affect is minimal?
I just dont see what was to be gained from adding a bulk to the Tps.
Oh wonderful patch other than this niggle btw, very happy sofar with some of the changes
(just want to make sure this whole issue isnt just focused on whats wrong)

Politicians on staff??? We are acting to improve inventory . . . while effectively reducing it.
The best solution for tp tickets in my view is to remove bulk and add a tab to our inventory which holds and displays only TP tickets as it gets to be quite a long scroll down to sap crystals!

).
Did you consider a reason for the bulk of the tp tickets?
Did you try to adjust your play to the new bulk limits?

Yes, to prevent me buying 999 tickets for each of the tps in game.

Yes:
I had to teleport more often when doing missions.
I had to unload almost all my equipment, to make a set of Hvy armour.
(I would normally have said to the customer, bring the mats to me at X location and I will make it for you. Instead we both had to got to FH stables, I had to unload, they had to give me the mats in small amounts, I had to give the results back to the customer in dribs and drabs to make room to make the rest)
I found myself destroying tickets that I have spent 12k on to make room for a mission item that will earn me 1k dappers on completion.
I have considered stoping harvesting and crafting
I have considered not travelling as much and changing my play style to just ginding in the same spot - EG GoC to hunt.
Hope that answers your question - btw if I do adjust my play style to the above, I will give the game lastablity 1 month tops.

Lets asume this is not torments of the DEVs, maybe its like Frydes said a copy-n-paste thing. Then probably ther will be soon a small patch.
Another possibility i can think of is a balancing towards outposts. From what raynes said this is goind to be a dapper thing. Many here wanted to give dappers a meaning.
I mean: less mats per travel = less crafting = less income = harder to maintenance an outpost. Even 200 millions are used up someday...
Didnt log since patch and have to check today first how hard my gameplay will be affected.

Longterm effects for surviving homins would be to have only couple of most inportant tele tickets in pack. Increased use of dp express where applicable, especially with new dp tickets. Little bit more running around instead of teleporting.
This could be used to open markets for 50k priced 0.2 bulk, 100k priced 0.1 bulk and 200k 0 bulk tickets (money sink). Yeah, sure...

Not really, if you are determined about dappers, drop all tickets (yes I know regaining them all will be a bother, but not impossible at all), go to the harvest area of your choice and harvest away. When bag full run to a hawker, sell all mats, rinse and repeat.
Plus to hit the dapper side, just rise the cost of tickets to 100k+. Which would have been a much better solution in my eyes anyhow. (and long overdue). Or make ticket cost lvl dependant (1k / max lvl of char) as its is with DP already anyhow =P

I guess this isn't quite official, but in game GM said this change was intentional. Also, the MotD now says tickets are bulk .5, but says nothing about changing it.
So it looks like an uncommunicated stealth nerf of foraging / crafting imo.
