I hope they get this fixed and make sure that it won't happen again. On happier side, I have noticed not seeing bugging team bars, excessive slowmotion/connection lagging or being stuck after tp or crossing portal. So, maybe they can fix this too.

I have to admit that fixing missing guilds (and possibly still missing chars that have gone unnoticed) have taken unacceptably long time. I would be furious too, much more than I have seen here.

I fear that this issue has caused lots of lost players already and some guilds can't recover even if guild and guild hall would be technically restored.

If you feel the game doesn't give you what you want or you have tired of it or you not statisfied with the service - cancelling your subs is you choice and I guess this issue is only one factor in a number of other reasons for concering it.

What concerned me was it was implied, worded, as a threat. Its always been my opinion that people don't need to be threated to do their best for other, they need to encouraged. Fear is not a long term motivation and it breeds resentment.

I am sure 'Nevax' are dealing with the whole issue and wouldn't even consider favouritism or priorities. (My end of the list is a personal thing. If I am given the choice of helping two equals I would help the one who smiled first)

There are good sides. Now that RoA is gone I have some time to harvest j/k
Looks that most of the devs time is lost on missing chars on french server. Even i hate playing with 10 tell windows open, lost chars have higher prio. Just hope they will fix this before friday.

Good news!

The problem has been dealt with and the deleted guilds should get restored sometime tomorrow, during the morning (European Time). This will probably require a server maintenance. I will post a separate announcement once I have the schedule.

The fact remains Nevrax is constantly messing up and not in a small way either - and have have no sense for good customer service. Had all the affected players been companies in the business of making a profit using such a product, Nevrax would probably be bankrupt by now.

I am sure these major problems are not earning them rave reviwes from the industry or potential players though - so they may want to think about that if there are any bright minds among them.

So far I've only seen predominantly tryker and matis (karavan) guilds having this problem. Or have I missed someting ?

I was figuring the very old guilds, like Evo and the Ghosts were first to be deleted...

RoA was deleted this time and it was made within the first week of release (old ob1/ob2 guild)
