Re: To all PvPers

I would be and have always been perfectly happy with senseable suggestions on other PVE content (of which I enjoy most same the rest) but *****, screaming and throwing toys outta the pram because people who like PvP got some content and then going on to try and change it because they resent the fact they didn't get all the attention for once is retarded.
Its not that so much as what's been given to PvP has been all the toys with no balancing factors. It would/should have been possible to bring things out in tandem so that one type/style of play didn't get a massive boost causing an imbalance.
As I said I like PvE as much as the next person and agree its in desperate need of some loving (which is seems to slowly be gaining with the Lairs, NPCs, Ring etc, thankfully) but I also like and enjoy the PvP and what gets me is this...
I'll give you the Ring.
However...
*deep breath*
I don't think the Kitin Lair or the NPC bosses are really what's needed and they have a lot more in common with the same PvPer mindset than they do others.
Lair is up in the air but if it's just a raid then that really appeals to the acheiver/dominator demographic which is practically identical to the PvPer demographic. You'll just end up with the bugger camped day on day, night on night by the same uberguilds who will get a disproportionate amount of the 'phat lewt' and use it to further extend their PvP domination.
The same goes for the bandit bosses.
It's 'raid' type content.
Alot of people enjoy it and so unfortunately have to be just as loud as the whiners to make sure the correct message is put accross.
'Correct' is a very strong word to use. I think the PvP crowd is disproportionately strident though they have been slowly deforming Ryzom in their own image. You see the same thing in the MMORPG.com forums, there there's a ton of crowing for full pvp full loot games, look at properly conducted surveys (and success rates) and the story is QUITE the opposite.
