Mounts will be a new toy, depends on how much this food costs and lasts and if you cant TP with them then they will be a waste of time.

PR is not changed
Mounts don't respawn or TP, cost 600k roughly , cost 12k in food every 20 min riding at full speed and you are still attackable. And some mobs are still faster then you riding at full speed (e.g. kinchers)
The only thing i am looking for atm is the rites =)

Both things will be part of Chapter 3, which will be around in 3-4 month. I once found a post where all 3 chapters were described but it was in german I am afraid.
