I am surprised that anyone seems to have enjoyed it. I took a couple of hours trying and couldn't stand it anymore. I logged out and went elsewhere.
I initially started in Matis (KoD) but the mobs were so weak a hearty fart blew them over. I then went to Dyron but found out that you had to redeem mats in Frahar tower. Off I toddled to then discover that the officer would only take 5 items at a time. Then 5 tokens for bigger ones then 5 tokens .....
I'm sure u get the picture. I also lost 99 claws for some reason. In the end I just destroyed the mats/tokens because I simply could not be bothered.
Its a shame that the devs are not quite as sophisticated as the paying customer and will continue to deliver us doses of crap until we strongly tell them different.
Now this is an interesting aspect BUT with DP stacking i'm affraid I don't care about more guards or not, a little bit more information wouldn't have gone a miss. There needs to be a balance between realism and fun. As far as i'm concerned Dyron is out of bounds and i'm spending my time at Thesos until the event is over. The more important mission is to gather the secretions (via harvesting and hunting) and deliver them to the material NPC. That NPC then turns them into generic raw material that the crafers can use to craft weapons and armor. For every 5 crafting missions done, a guard group is created to help when the kitin start advancing.
