You know I think you are on to something... Europeans were really pissed that Bush got re-elected. I bet they said something like "Oh so they re-elected that weasle hey? Lets ruin their day with a rediculous patch and make them remember the day they re-elected Bush."

Forget politics, make that guy play the game for 10 hours... with nothing but the dagger and acid 1 from the starter pack. I really want to know if he/she will get any XP at all or if it is all DP that he/she will rack up.

Hmm... I mostly loved this patch. I am not a forager. I am a level 67 melee warrior and the new economy is much more beneficial for melee fighters trying to make cash. The MP3 player is cool and face it; Enemies needed to be pumped up somewhat: I was taking on level 77 mobs. They may have gone overboard, but I like this patch.

With harvesters happily pumping in more mats to the economy the price of crafted goods will go down and thus make all the fighters & mages happy.

Someones butt needs to be on the line for this. They lost my subscription and many more. I would appreciate some communication from nevrax concerning their actions, or lack thereof.
I don't know why, but the logic of this post is quite amusing...

You say you quit... And think that your appreciation now is going to convince them to provide communication with an ex-customer? *boggle* Maybe if you were still a customer I could forsee making this comment. But geez...

What the H*** was Nevrax thinking? I imagin something like this...

Ah oh!, the players are already maxing out their Avatars! What if they get bored because of lack of content? They might become unhappy! I know! Let's beat them to the punch-line, and instead of concentrating on new, dynamic content, just NERF everybody, thereby increasing the grind to almost unbearable proportions. Yeah! That'll fix all our woes! What?! The players don't like to mindlessly grind for hours? Don't be absurd! They LOVE it.

Ok I'll admit, I'm venting, but I was having loads of fun before. Now I regret ever joining open beta, let alone buying the game. I'm so angry, I almost hope to see Nevrax filing for chapter eleven before the year is out.

Have you played since the minipatch? It's actually quite well balanced now.

THIS JUST IN!

For his punishment for War Crimes in Iraq, Saddam Hussein has been sentenced to 12 hours a day racking up DP on Suckling Yubo's On a deserted Newbie Island. He can go Free if he actually kills one.
