1. you didnt buy it from RYZOM, you bought it from JOLT.
2. there are more then 10 threads on this forum with the email links to
customer support (but again if you dont now how to use a search option then these sort of games are NOT for you)
3.Also on JOLT site you have customer support emails.
4. You had problemps , hunderds of other peepz DONT, i and several of my friends playing this game have downloaded it from JOLT without ONE problem.
5.When you download a game from a site SHUT DOWN all things like antivirus, firewall, porn-downloading-programs
, other games, use common browsers with latest updates (YES I MEAN THE ****TY IE) and not stuff like firefox or others.
