I don't think we need names bussiness plans and etc, the owner has its own rights to do whatever he or she wants, but as i suggest the forums have moderators that are a bit connected to owner now...
I don't think that even bad information that owner expirience problems with code resources or whatever is BAD news - unknownness leads to frustration, knowledge leads to cooperation and mmm love?

We look for server status for changing of site start page, the only way we can see progress, now it stopped no news (as always?) - makes feel bad, makes not to trust not to believe in good will

We paid, we stay with game till its shutdown think we can ask for some mmm trust as lawful servants of Atys high powers =)

Moderators are people whose forum accounts have moderation privileges. It's no guarantee that they have any contact whatsoever with the new owners. They may just still have those privileges because they had them when the forum went offline. *Glances questioningly at Boroshi and the gang*
