maybe its because Im a total noob to this genre, but am I the only one who LOVES it in the PR / wastelands between continents? Im only a lvl 55 melee (no other skills), Ive spent HOURS down there with other UK Merceneries guildmembers, running around nekkid trying to reach the other portal while racking up an enormous (but thankfully capped) DP :)

EM, as has been said the storyline to me suggests that the PR should be HARDER than it is already; remember the first time our Fyros ancestors travelled down there it triggerred a war which NEARLY WIPED OUT THE PLANET! I think that this complaining has been started by folk who were exploiting a serious bug early on in the game and are now narkred that they cant get their supreme mats whenever they want to to make huge amounts of cash / armour /weapons whatever.

Relax guys! I for one cant wait until my Guild has a high enuff lvl raiding party to make a serious attempt at traversing the Roots; the joy when reaching another continent (something that the Fyros havent achieved for generations) will be indescribable.

Until then when Im looking for some real fun and a serious challenge Ill be the nekkid bald dude running around in these areas with a big fat grin on me face!

Did you make it through to Matis last night Baldy? I've got the joy of trying to dodge past those Cuttlers again this evening. As long as you don't mind ranking up a large DP, its quite a hoot trying to tip toe your way through Hell. :)

It's obvious this has to be reiterated again as there are clearly people who can't or won't understand the situation.

Prime Roots is the Kitin homeland - why would they not guard the entrances? There are guards all around the homin towns, these Kitin are doing the same thing - guarding their territory.

It's highly likely that foraging and travelling down there for the most part will be next to impossible until people start reaching levels sufficient to take on the big Kitins and win.

Deal with it. The rest of us have.

How will a really high level harvester be able to survive down there???

You said reach sufficient levels I cant see it improves a harvesters chance

it also helps to be in a guild that will be more than willing to come down to the roots with you to slay anything that moves.

Err I dont think a Harvester solo is meant to be able to walk straight into the enemy's home and start digging!

Their species tried to eradicate us remember, who should a sole ahrvester get to dig around in their home?

Besides its a team game, you cant expect to solo the hardest area in the game, let alone with a harvester.

Want supreme PR mats? take a big team with you, if your team isnt high enough level, then good, supreme mats should be incredibly rare

Absolutely, me 2. PR to me is a common goal for a guild to reach and take advantage of, as is the guild hall. Solo in noobieland, grow as a whole on mainland ;)
