*agrees with Sasi, Nightblade, and Gillest*

Since I've retired my old, relatively high-level character, I'd attend with a <100 character and no expectation of ever receiving any kind of tangible reward. But it'd still be fun, I bet. :)

Well, Main reason I wont do it. Is because I don't find it fun, even If I was the one to receive the award for doing it, I'd maybe do it once, and be tired of it lol. Just boring to me. But I'm sure if one of my friends asked me I'd prolly help em heh.

If you need other forms of reward, that's cool. I don't. Fancy gear and all doesn't pay the mortgage anyway...

Not that I'd turn down a share of the loot, just I don't require it.

you missunderstood this:
without any form of reward

Maybe it should have been read as
without any form of reward, sure it'd be fun the first couple of times - If that's all you need. However, afterwards it would become a grind, becuase it wont be a challange. I hate grinds so it wouldnt be a reward to me. ;)

So by any form. I ment, any form. Not just Loot

I am always up for killing stuff and would be delighted to help if you decide to try, I'm not interested in loot, just want to have the experience of the raid. :)

Nothing personal Anatti but just can't help myself :)

Aren't we on a MMORPG forum here or did I miss something?
Cos digging is a grind and I like it sometimes, fighting is a grind and I like it too...
I even grind chat sometimes from my apartment :)

I even grind at work, and gosh sometimes I wish I would be digging in a middle of an army of Vorax instead :)

Hiho

I am playing on the german server and was quite surprised to read about the problems killing lixi.

Why does not a single guild invite and pay out the helpers with 250 cats?

This is how we solve the problem that there is simply not enough loot for all the people...

On our server there are enough Kamis/Karas so that usually it is done within the faction but otherwise you simply would need two large guilds, one Kami and one Kara that organize the hunt, take lixi loot and pay out the other guilds that come along helping.

have fun

OK Dolly, I believe we have agreement. Let us pick a date/time and gather a troop to go Lixie hunting. Sounds like a great event. Maybe loot goes to guild that turns out the most people. Or not, I don't care... ;)

Nightblade, I expect you haven't met me because I'm still a young homin (7 months) and mostly play at weird hours. Also I'm a little shy around strangers, but babble plenty once I get to know you.

Maybe 15 times would get boring. Probably would, so I imagine I won't do it that many times.

My biggest complaint about Lixie...

It needs everyone on nuke and heal. What about my skills? :(

havent met the new lixie, but if heal is required, then stun, fear or madness should be valid to reduce the amount of heal required
-unless all the healers are simply fueling the nukers-
