A lot of us have done a lot of things for the community since it began. Whether is be guides, dressing rooms, maps, helping new players or fansites, what have you done to deserve to make every other post defending this act ?
Aside from that let me point out one other item, while none of us took on the community OP manager role... We also did not say we would and then use it to our own gain. If BGZ could no longer manage this obviously stressful job, she could have handed it to someone more neutral and less likely to betray the community trust by raffling it off (for fun no less).

No one in the KA cares about losing the OP (that is part of the game); we can always take it back another day.
The thing that some in the KA have a problem with is how the OP was won. It was won by taking away from the Community OP so it could be raffled off to gain support for the attacking guild.

Oh come on, "betray the community" plz stop this now, you just gonna make us lose more great homins. You're not on the community op list, so no need to complain. People on the list might (i say might) have a reason to complain.
Edit: Neva: the op wasnt won using the community op as a price. Every single homin i know was there to help a friend! Not for a pric.

How many of those people are still active? How many of those people contuine to sacrifice their time day in and day out to contribute to the community?

Brave never once used the community OP program to her own gain... DT you have to remember not everyone is clinically diagnosed evil like yourself, not every sole person worries exactly how they are viewed by others, not every person try to gain or come up on something with every single action they do. Not everyone has alter motives like yourself.
I feel no betrayment as part of community from brave for her actions, other karas dont either... The betrayment i feel as part of the community is anyone and everyone that has said something rude or hateful on these forums to cause a reaction out of someone, I feel betrayed by those people that send out hate tells to guild leaders and other indivual people that stand out in the community against the status que.... Those are also the people that i see talking about how mature and great this sick community is.... If anyone have a doubt such things dont happen just look at evo, sams, dmr for guilds... look at the forums and see such posts being made by so many of the same people over the years....

.
this is where major part of arguement stems from, you guys don't give a crap about rest of community and this statement proves it so go away and let EoA play too and continue to help the 25 guilds that they help

I think that isnt compltly true, anger and frustration that is being vented here today by yourself and others have to stem from somewhere doesnt it? I cant believe it is all over how a community op was raffle to guilds that attended the battle... sense you did not or ever benefit from the community ops as far as i know.

If you truly beleive that, then so be it... I am quite certain that you guys (as in KA) has acess to the kami forums somehow (just have seen things others said there talked about by others that shouldnt of seen such things) so you were able to read what was orginally said by brave. That orginally the whole attack was to have fun, to bring light and enjoyment to OP battles for some. Brave didnt care if she won or lost... she cared if her friends had a good time and enjoyed their playing experince for 2 hours... something that everyone did.
If you really want to be angery about how the OP was won look at how little suppourt the KA got in defence of the OP... Truly i would like to know where was people during the 2nd phase of the attack? There was less people there then there was at the 1st phase which was less amount of people for that time of the day and day of the week. So if you have any anger about the way the OP was lost look at all those people that didnt care to attend the defence of that OP.

I so don't want to change the topic from what it should be, a betrayal of the "community OP label"... but lets be real here.
Nobody likes to lose an OP, but it was a midweek attack and not on a good time for the defending players. That aside, we still lost one for the good guys. We did however recently take one of the better OP's in all the lands, it's not about support... it's about the reality of timing. You can't expect folks to miss work/sleep over a game all the time...
You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em...

As I understand it, this thread was started and stickied for three (duh this is not the spanish inquistion) reasons:
1) to introduce and explain the community outpost project
2) to allow people to sign up to be on the roster for handouts
3) to allow donors to publically express willingness to donate
I see alot of posting, much of it not on topic and much of it unfriendly and not in the original spirit of this project. Without commenting on those newer, off topic posts, I'd just like to request a new thread be made and stickied and that this one be allowed to drift into oblivion.
Please consider this as a request from one of the members of the Arispotle community, to the manager of the community outpost, the moderators, and the community at large.
Thank you
