Ryzom

To update my solution, after copying files from "unpack" to the main Ryzom folder, and starting the game, i got an update or patcher or whatever screen that came up.. and since then, it's been running like normal. As far as it not finding your wwwfile.dll, look in the ryzom folder and see if that file is there.. there should be quite alot of them there. If its not there and not in the unpack.. then you might have to reinstall.

Note : i used the full install, not the trial install.. not sure if that matters though. Good luck

I was getting a similar issue to the one first posted here: running ryzom from the start bar would just send me to the downloader, it would attempt to download, find nothing to download, then attempt to run. a little dos box pops up for just a second, and goes away.

i did a little looking around the ryzom folder, and i ran launch.bat and it did the little dos box for a second thing, then saw that client_ryzom_rd.exe was actually 0 bytes in file size...

through a repeated method of copy + paste from the unpack folder into the main folder and deleting client_ryzom_rd.exe and running launch.bat (in that order, twice) i finally got it to run.
