hmmm i am not sure about everyones back ground in RL but i grew up fighting alot, and when i got my butt handed to me by a group of people or by one indivual i always went and got help to seek a vengence. people that i beat preety bad in a fight always ended up going and getting help. it is the way life is.

also i think this ingame bounty system is actully a way to balance things out somewhat. if someone is going around and beating the crap on lower level players they deserve to get a price on their head and hunted down. and also like i said in a earlier reply people will most likly use the bounty system also as a way to seek vengence for non PvP acts as well.

Random thoughts:

1. I wonder why does Atys need a hired assassins guild?
2. What does a paid hit have to do with "restoring balance"?
3. Sun Ce - for chrissakes he is surely the best choice for an official voice on ryzom forums... Who can have more trust than he?
4. Somehow this whole secrecy idea reeks of the "traderx" business deals and similar sh*t...
5. Basicly this is a possibility for weaklings, cowards and ne'er do wells to use their dappers on spoiling gameplay for normal players...

My personal guess only: somebody got bored again but this time there is nowhere else to go since these somebodies have jumped way too many kara guilds then went kami and even there "ideal gameplay" seems unattainable... (I might be worng here)

Rant: It's very bad that CSRs allow old players to swap names so easily these days

Suggestion: Guilds (both kami and Kara) uniting to come out and kick some "Equilibrium" butt. This will be a nice enough reason to unite the conflicting factions since these guys seem to be after us all lol...

P/s The guild Equilibrium was a solo guild of Russian player Kostoprav created in early 2005... Since It is impossible to create two guilds with a same name - they probably had to spell it wrong

It's not an Atys guild, Komissar, it's a secret society . So far as I can tell, anyway.
Sounds to me like a very good way to add another tinge of excitement and fear for those people who want to tag up or visit PvP regions. No doubt there will be some issues along the way, but on the whole I agree with Beau that Equilibrium and the Ryzom community will probably deal with those when they arise.

He used me as a official voice until he can find a way to do so on his own account. The reason he use me. Ive known him for 4 years in RL.
Played SWG with him, where he ran a similar thing.

Actually. Equ has done this in, SWG, EQ2, WoW, and now here and is more then capable of doing this without becoming a harasser.
In many ways, he is my straight opposite.

Red, Being trustworthy isnt being honest and sincere, and not giving a **** and always telling your mind.
