exactly... as I said before, no one cares. They either don't remember, were on Windermeer, or don't care about events that took place years ago when the game was radically different. Change your name if you want, I could care less, just don't go around assuming that you're the champion of us all. There are many of us who could claim "uber pvp guild status" (what was that I guild... oh yea... Infinity...) but facts are the power shifts. You had your time in the sun, just as Infinity had theirs, so time to realize it and move on.

On your server, in your small world you might have been something... the game has not progressed since then and those of us among the first on our servers are now merely one of many. Until you can come to grips with that and play your old toon and be one of many... you'll be little other than a legend in your own mind.

Not being harsh at all, but many of us were "firsts"... but it means little as some of our Masters are now acquired by the masses and it has less significance. Come back to the game and enjoy it, but these days we are all the same mostly, it's what we do daily that makes us... not what we thought we were at some point in the past.

if this were true, then you wouldn't be wanting to change your name for all those reasons you've listed so far.
but a name change is pointless if ones attitude is the same. You can go on believing that people hate you for your "ooberness", but it will only result in you distancing yourself from the people in the game and create the very hatred that you believed was heading your way to begin with.

Anyway, play the game, find a guild, whatever. Its a game, go enjoy yourself.

Talking of nail on the head... Methinks the OP has far too high an opinion of their own importance. They're the only one who cares about the ancient history. There are far too many new player around that haven't even HEARD of your former guild.

You want to come here and insult people feel free - you'll get what you deserve. Then you'll become ancient history too, just like your "much vaunted" achievements. I'd suggest sticking to WoW, your attitude is much more at home there than in this community.

If you where even playing this game in the period he is refering to then maybe you could comment, he is talking about december 2004 time when DCP/EoA/AoA had a guild war.

I think the bigger issue is why you want to be able to post things and no one know who your are, seems a bit sad.

if i reveal that, i would spoil alot of my play, cause i restarted to
change gamestyle. I can say i knew Blaze, i was in the Outlaws at
same time , another dudes in that guild at the time, Itsmagic and Death
and ofc Schizm, cecil and kaetemi, nookie and more
