I understood the "op neutral" problem, and that should be fixed. My question was directed at the FvF problems, as I don't know of any problem in that context.

Thankyou Souls...
What a daft comparison that was....

Hello Souls
can you please explain if your announcement of consequences to aggro draggers is about "op neutrals" only, or if it applies to "op attackers" and "op defenders" too?
Cheers

But my point is. Without me, those AFKers, while being not overly clever themselves for going AFK while flagged, would have respawned...
Yeah OK so maybe the comparison wasn't thought out properly, only 'neutral' example I could think of pre-coffee. But where the hell do you get off repeatedly calling other players stupid in a thread??

please philu dont get offended..
i openly admit to making "stupid" comments and doing "stupid" things from time to time... (usually resulting in DP)
That does not make me a stupid person .. everone does it..
I may have said that it was a "daft" comparison but I dont think you as a person are "daft" and im sure that noone here was trying to call *you* "stupid".
in this case im sure there really was no offence intended.

Hi
I'm not a fan of aggro dragging by anyone. To me it just smacks of desperation by someone who knows they are losing, or even worse, someone who just wants to spoil things. I have seen it mentioned more than once that a few perceive it as a legitimate tactic (strangely usually the same people who encourage neutral healing, go figure). Now of course we all understand that this can happen by accident very easily - but we also know that it's a common form of griefing by some people (you know who you are, and so do we). While neutrals should not aggro drag to OP battles, I see no justification for it to be used in an OP battle, so I think a blanket policy on it is best to avoid our usual posse of loophole exploiters. As always, I'm more than happy to listen to your opinions on this.

grimjim wrote:The activation area for the OP battle zone wasn't big enough, so the Kami forces were running into the zone, tagging up and getting insta nuked, while the healers hadn't yet entered the zone and so began healing, while still technically neutral, from beyond the zone. Not deliberate, but a mechanical problem.
This is something that should be reviewed at a few outposts that are surrounded by impassable terrain. The defending side were in a good place to see the attackers coming, but it just so happened that this was right next to the tagging up zone, which made life difficult for those of us who wanted to particpate and not be branded as exploiters.
This was made more annoying by the defending side claiming we had nuetral healers when most of us could not even get into the zone to tag up. A wider area would help solve this problem to a limited extent.
