Freedom for the void: I said we would be back!
Re: Freedom for the void: I said we would be back!
I'm not going in to it on here. We know, they know. Thats all what matters. It's more a personal joke now than anything. You can only laugh.

Well, as far I know, Nexus is supposed to be a truly Karavan, yet they helped the Kami in last battle. They're supposed to be a Roleplaying Guild but what do I know? They only seem to Roleplay when its convenient for them. Same for Evolution.
So, yeah, I call them Kaneutral or better "Fake karavaneers"

Re: Freedom for the void: I said we would be back!
Reminds me of a friend of mine... always told me he was a baseball player at heart, and yet whenever I was at the park I would find him off playing frisbee instead. He once heard me referring to him as the 'frisbee player' and was offended... so I started calling him the frisball guy for his sake.
Back on topic though, well said indeed Komissar. It seemed like a good fight, and it was interesting to see the various tactics that were used.

Great fight on both sides...the initial battle was close, but then the rounds started and the guards popped!
Thanks to everyone on both sides for a good, clean, fun-filled fight
And remember, it's not whether you win or lose, as long as we win

Re: Freedom for the void: I said we would be back!
Be nice to see a bit more strategy for the Kami's.
I asked in my team who I was to assist and I got some off the wall answer to "target attackers". Focus fire beats fire at will.
Brute force rarely works for the underdogs. Reminded me of an old civil war battle when I saw 1 big Kami clump charged into 1 big Kara clump. Those types of battles caused the highest fatalities for attackers in that ancient 'honorable' strategy.
No Communication during the battle. I won't touch that one for now.
No safe haven for the attackers to fall back to. This enabled the defender to just wipe the floor w/ no fear of leaving the OP open.
Well there's a few of the problems I recognized today. I'm sure it's not the first time these problems have been brought up, and perhaps not the last.
In closing, please remember there is no size limit to how big a PuG can be. The lack of organization, and ability to adjust to the battlefield on the fly for the Kami's, was their demise today.

*wishes he never attacked yrk the other day and give jayce and squires the idea of massed melee attacks
or maybe its just coincidence they went from having 3 melee @ our friday attack to having 10 at the subsequent ones
good fight btw, see yas in a few days no doubt
*runs off to think of more devastating tactics, hmmm if each man carried a yubo it would soak up 50% of their bombs

ah the old I wont post my char name in my post trick. Funny how its those that like to stir the pot who do this. I call them cowards, I don't need a substitute word, that one covers it nicely.
I don't need to go over old ground regarding Matis guilds, KA, occupation of OP's outside of their own lands etc etc. The top and bottom of it is that Evolution do not see anyone as a natural enemy, yes *shock* *horror* this includes the "kami". We fight or defend for what WE believe in, not what others want us to believe in and when we do turn up to support somebody there is no hatred involved of the opposition, its some good clean fun and most of the time we get beat but we still have fun.
Some of the best op battles have been because guilds like Nexus and Evolution have sided with the underdog, to try and bring a balance instead of the futile one sided battles that previously existed.
Oh and before I forget, FREE ZORAI !!!!
P.S If Matis was invaded by the Zorai and similiar occupation in foreign lands existed I would be there fighting to kick them out as well.

lol - We normally do melee, slice and dice is fun, more personal.
We just have to adapt depending on the situation.
/cheers to our healers, btw! You guys rock!
