We ask that those guilds who covet the outpost please allow us our auction and sale and do not interfere. Give us this last piece of fun with what we have fought for and stressed over for so long. After all, you can always seek to attack it in the future when it is no longer ours. We hope enough maturity remains in the community to allow us that.

Yes it was an auction, and Kostika simply asked that it be allowed to be played as just that.

Sorry, I seriously considered it because you requested it, but it was a conversation in team channel with me, the OV member and one other person present. I won't repeat it without permission from the 2 other people present. I hope you understand my reasoning.

(Besides, I would be doing so from memory, and we all know how unreliable a thing memory can be, especially after a weekend with very little sleep and too much work.)

[OOC]You're one of the good guys and will surely be missed... It's easy to place the blame on the community where it belongs.

Evolution and others have chose to purposely integrate a friend into someone elses guild/alliance forums for propoganda and it has soured any chance for folks to enjoy playing their game. In the efforts to feel vindicated folks are lashing out at this sort of backstabbing and it's effecting many more things than we thought. When these type of personal attacks in the forums stop, things will go a long way towards where they should be and where they were.

I am not even sure it will get better before it gets worse... I just know we lost someone good... [/OOC]

Stick to facts please and refrain from making things up.

Evolution have not purposely integrated anyone anywhere. If you want to look for your "mole" / "spy" or whatever you want to call it you will waste a lot of time looking in our direction. There is not one member in Evo, other than Scar (and she doesnt play these days other than brief logins) who can tell you anything about any of the posts on KA forums. None of us are privvy to where the info came from.

*sigh*
that still doesnt say anything about roleplaying. its just a request not to have the outpost attacked. In which case i kindly request that no one attacks any outpost ever. and then we wont have all this whinging and whining and tooing and throing on the forums and in game.

Run, the post said several times that it was RP, the fact that it was clearly marked [IC] in one part and [OOC] in another should have made it clear it was RP also. Stop playing "dumb" hon - it just doesn't fit you. Don't force me to post what I know as I was in OV at the time and I've talked to some of those involved. Just stop, please Rundll, your "argument" isn't flying.

This is the exact thing that I was trying to ask everyone to *stop* doing. We need to just STOP the fighting...stop fighting over the spy, stop fighting over the declaration that was a MISTAKE to make, stop fighting about who said what to whom....We just need to stop!

Yes, "bad" things have happened in game and on this forum - we ALL know what those things are. We don't need to keep rehashing them over and over and over. It's time to make the PROBLEMS impersonal and find ways to resolve them without getting personal - and I mean [IC] or [OOC] personal. If we don't fix what has led us to this place, we will only return here again.

Dear Merc Rashgun,

Rumors have come to my ears saying that you are planning to retire and let your belly and beard grow at the local Thesos pub while remembering old times, spending your well earned dappers in dice games -- as if you did not know that those dice are not regular -- and firewine.

Less polite homins even say that you are actually planning your early retirement because a kipee bite your bottom cheeks, and you had to run away almost naked... that you can wield a pike no better than a refugee and that those legendary stories about you in Almati woods are exaggerated...

Either way, who cares?... words of your early retirement ... I don't want to believe them, such a loss. There is plenty of work to do, and although I have never admitted it in public, your fees were quite reasonable, and despite your rude and fyrosian manners and your peculiar dung smell, you were someone efficient, always willing to get the job done in no time and one would say I've grown to enjoy your company. Moreover.... have you seen the fees of other Mercs?

I promise I won't get your dappers anymore, not even when it's blatantly obvious you are betting on the worst dueller....
