Getting a +4 parry armor is not exactly something you can easily acquire, it might even not be affordable seen how rare +3 parry sets already are in their own right. (even +2 parry is pretty scarce)
How works the Heavy armor new tool? it gives automatically +4 parry in case you had a +3 parry mats or its just a small % to get a +4 with +3 mats ?

I dunno it depends of what you have after the coma, if actually it is 3.3 for example, so you have a max of +3 parry on your armor.
But perhaps with the Rubbarn you can ahve +20% of 3.3 so you can perhaps have 3.6 rounded to +4 parry? That's the question and I dunno if it was done on or server
And "Royal" written by Licena means her best armors with mix of forage+Boss mats, and mainly done with boss mats to have the +3 parry

+2 scarce? hmz think many peeps ask the wrong people to craft it
even +3 is more then doable tho it takes a bit effort and guild organisation yes

Using rubarn for HA is crazy i think. A HA set needs tons of mats, you would need 20 times more mats to get it. With all those mats you can buy several Aen sets.

Well, as a high lvl crafter u could just use the special tool for your orders, and IF you would get a piece with an extra boost just keep it and make another one for the order. Over time u'll gather enough pieces to sell a full armor i think

I do this with jewels but I have so many oddments now its a pain
In the end I did a bit of grinding and after about 15-20k of mats I managed to get a full focus set with 145 focus boost on each piece. The 5% chance of a hit is tough enough, add in the chance of degrade and then the fact the boost is random and your low 5% become somewhere under 1%. How about specific tools for each boost? *looks at devs*

That rocks... I can't imagine the patience it'd take to get a full set of +145 to focus jewels... but for the bonus 200 focus you get in the end... it's almost... maybe worth it.
And...as for the Aen sets... according to a post / link Kye sent my way from the french server... new Aen is +1 to dodge as opposed to the old -4. Anyways... I'd rather a Yoshi +3 to parry set of HA... she's never killed me for asking her for armor... and... have you seen the way that sexy fyrosian chick works that armor tool... pure magic I tell you!
Admiring Yoshi's tool working skills,

You'd be cheaper off just wearing a 1250 total focus set and consuming a +200 (heck, +250!) Focus flower. If you mnage to get a full set while making a load of orders, lucky you... but grinding mats just to get a set like that is a waste imho...
