Well, thats not the case according to a GM i spoke to. He said That he was "waiting to have a word with the guards" so i askd if that ment they spawn and he replied yes. So give it a few days or so and they may appear back or maybe the GM's hav to force respawn them.

These guys such as Lillaryn who do it are not "respawning" they are getting flagged for FvF then porting into Yrk Karavan insdie of town. They get there and wait to ambush people who are respawning. Geez lets see loading while you have a fraction of HP most likely 1 shot kill and you load dead I bet. This is as the equivalent and as lame as drop hack PKing in Diablo

Thats the biggest load of crap I've heard. NPC guards that dont respawn for over a day? Explain how this is consistant with any NPC guard/tribe beahviour we've seen.

"Tribe Commanders" (eg Aen) and their guards don't respawn for over a day.
