should I leave a comfortable margin before 11:45am EDT to be safe, or will you be taking breaks at the capitals to synch up the schedule if you end up ahead of schedule?
I very much doubt a trip of this size could possibly end up *ahead* of schedule, but all trips take breaks at the TPs (no matter how small a break) and won't leave before they say :)

Is the schedule you posted earlier meant just as a rough guide? In particular, if I wanted to join at Fairhaven:
Fairhaven: 11:45am EDT, 4:45pm BST, 3:45pm GMT
should I leave a comfortable margin before 11:45am EDT to be safe, or will you be taking breaks at the capitals to synch up the schedule if you end up ahead of schedule?
The schedule is very loose, more than likely we'll be 30-45 mins behind schedule. A 10 minute break will be had at each capital and possibly along the PR route.

Got to remember people WILL dc on a treck and holding ground in a prtold spot at the end of a world treck when alot of people will have left due to time might be a little tricky heh
This sounds like a 8 - 12 hours treck
Good point Basic. If the world tours I've been on are any indication than there are usually only a few people left for the last leg of the journey. And you'll need more than a few 200+ if you run into a patrol down there, which you have to assume will happen. Not trying to be gloomy, just the last leg sounds like the most fun and I'd hate to see it called off due to lack of escort. So perhaps some of the master mages who can only join for one leg would consider joining for the last one? (Hope they're not all going to do that and leave you with nobody for the first leg now.)

Thanks to everyone who came out to help, hope a good time was had by all :)

I unfortunately had to leave in the middle of the second leg but I hear the rest went smoothly.

Special thanks to Gecker and Karu who both did an excellent job. Karu especially got us through Hovel and Loria in record time.
