The original post issues were discussed with DT at length - this is a somewhat bigger picture here that involves more than a post or email

It was pretty obvious DT did some thing more than whats eing stated on here. He wouldn't get banned for what we know.
Either way, its deserved.

The thing that a lot of ppl try to say here is, that his site or what he says has happened might not be all of it. And due to that thought and simply the way of humans to leave out certain things, is what makes others not think that this Ban was completely inappropriate.
You however seem to either know more than all of us or you simply don't want to see that there might be more to it.
We all know the situation where we asked a Guide or GM about this and that and we were told that they can not tell us. I never had much of a problem with that since I am pretty sure they have to follow rules just as we do. However it wouldn't surprise me if they would, after all this,love to clear this up, if they only could tell us. So blaming them for following the rules... I don't see where that makes sense.

@dollydagger
i have been a huge dissenter in the past and the only moderated thread i have ever had was when i talked abotu editing a config file.. but that thought just makes me wonder even more what that post was about
@thom/larwood
lol you are afk so often, and it doesnt record your PMs when you are afk. This seems like a huge bug, something the GMs can exploit by having a record of a conversation you didnt receive, but they wouldnt do that intentionally
of course you know i would never actually ask a GM anything cause the only thing i have ever heard in response to a question is
""I'm sorry I dont have that information""
or
""I cant disclose that information""
@lawrence
its ok to dislike melinoe cause they are karavan(im kidding), but maybe the csr team has an alignment as well
i guess us americans are using to knowing the charges brought against us since its a law here
@pinguini
doubletap is a very honest open person, but remember that he did not ask for help and is happy just playing the game, even before such posting he was not an avid poster, he would say just when he had something helpful to the homin
@basic
yes i know you want me banned, and by the same suppressive standards i would be, but i have good intentions and just want ryzom to progress, i dont want ryzom stifled by fanbois with creative dreams, but if you include me on the list with raynes, well look at the post count for me vs. for him....
@frydeswinde, sxarlet, mikos
you are well known as fanbois,
the GMs and CSRs are people too, they have priorities, agendas, feelings, and as such make mistakes just like the rest of us

Oh gees people.
I have had good and bad experiences with Melinoe, as with other guilds, don't start now saying about Melinoe being picked on. There are good and bad in all of the guilds, unfortuantely it only takes one or two to stand out and of course everyone relates it to the whole guild.
That is a fact.
Don't go us americans pleaseeee. I am an american. So don't use that. That just shows you were one against the merge. As I said before, the merge was a good thing. We didn't start out on the NA server and they never should of split it.
Is everyone saying there were no problems on the NA server. Oh have you all forgotten already. Sorry but you all better think again.

Seems to me the answer is you believe the truth. Which in this case can't be ascertained because we only know one side of the story. At any rate, it's always sad when someone get's banned, whether it's an established player like DT or a newb. The response here from the GM seemed to imply that the matter hasn't been closed and chances are DT will be readmitted in due course. Permanant bans tend to be reserved for Game Breaking infractions and not bad manners, whether perceived or true. I think at this point everyone should simply take a step back and let the script play out. Flaming, accusations of guild or country bias aren't very constructive and won't get the matter resolved any quicker. In fact, the most likely outcome of demeaning the CSR department is to make them "dig their heals in".
At least that's my 2 dapper.

First off, I am a girl. Look me up ingame. I have boobs.
Secondly, fanboi? I really prefer the term fungal. Is one made a fanboi when one chooses to look at good things instead of the bad things? This post I made was not for Ryzom alone, it is my general life's philosophy. Think of it like a pair of sunglasses. The world may be the same, the way you look at it will determine the way you feel. Sorry for choosing to look through a nice pair of glasses, I am just trying to point out that you always have an option. Isnt that what freedom is about?
Third, you are right. GM's are people. Thank Jena! Would become rather boring if they were scripts with a flaming club of +6 banning. Hmmm, looking at my post, I never said anything else.
Now, if you will excuse me, I have a life to enjoy.

Hey amists, I know I am well and widely known fanboi that everyone talks about, but could you try to specify what of my comments you are trying to negate with fanboi argument?
