To the GMs (in no particular order):

Mintaka:
You were the first impression I had for the GMs in this game.
Thank you so much for spending so much time on my issue when I was playing Obession, a little Tryker with a crafting issue that had to be escalated.
You were kind, very helpful and still able to remain professional.
First impressions *are* important, you made this game for me.
Your quick response time and help will always be appreciated.

Shadow:
You also gave me a very good impression.
You were fast, very kind and helpful.
I don't have a lot of experience with you - but from what I do know about you, I hold in high esteem.

Planet:
You're a great one
You put up with my Klients spam on many occassions.
(I remember in particular one long sleep-deprived drivel I kept spamming in there. hehe)
Thank you.

Takashi:
Atys will not be the same for me without you.
I know I could post a whole book about you, but I'll keep it short for consideration.
You will always be one of my top favorite Homins, and I hate to play favorites, but definately my favorite GM of all time.
I remember your first tell to me, I had sent in one of my usual novels for suggestions.
You are a truly kind, witty, fun and bright person.
I've had so much fun on your events - and I will miss being your "twin body guards".
I could go on forever with this..hehe.

For those I have not listed and as well for those I have;
You will all be sorely missed.
Please, Please keep in touch if you stay in the game.
Even if you don't, I'd love to keep in touch.
You are the threads that held this server together, kept us happy and rescued us from trapping walls.
I respect you all.

Althought I never really got a GM to remember me, much as I tried to break things... I do have fond memories. And I am sad to see you guys go. I am sad that I didn't get to spend more time getting to know you, as many people I know really liked you guys.

Takashi and Shadow (I think... ekk!) dueling in Pyr on the last day of one of the betas as we, and those cool mounts we couldn't have yet, looked on...

The surprise of the GM that took my report that the Merchant was still stripping me when I sold stuff... even though that bug was fixed...

Telling a GM that there was no agro in the roots and that it was safe and then that GM coming down to follow me through...

The important memory stuff... you know? Hope to get to know you in game, even if I don't know you are you.

Farewell NA SoR team, you shall be missed!

Working as a moderator on a fan site and being an avid MMO player I have to say this was the best Customer Service Team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Cerest for your insightful and humorous posts. You are the first communtiy liasion (leader) I have met who knew what the job entailed and knew that customers were important and not just a number. I will really miss your face around here and I hope to still see every now and then over at IGN.

To the GM's, all I can say is wow. GM's of other games could learn alot from you guys/gals. You might not always have had the answer or you might not fix an issue right away but you were always polite and worked hard to try to achieve a good resolution to the issue. I had 2 instances where I had to deal with the GMs Ingame and I walked away from both happy at what was done and the work that was put forward to make it so.

I have no doubts you all will land on your feet and we will see you again if not here somewhere else. And I hope that some of the other games and their gms out there learn from you guys as you have a lot to teach them in what true customer service is. You will all be missed.

it is sad to see a great Customer Support team leaving. I played soo many MMOs and none could even come close to the support I found here.

No matter where you go, you will always be remembered by us, the players.

Your help was invaluable, your response quick, your communications polite and professionial. You will all be missed. I wish you the best in whatever you choose to take on next. Be well and may blessings and good fortune guide your paths.

We could not have had better support and Jolt will have a lot to live up to, I might add, although I am sure they are a great group of people. The standard by which they will be measured was set by you all.
