I was online when the downtime started. Went to bed, woke up and it's still down. It's been down approximately 8 hours now.....just thought I'd let you know.

Is it just the Euro serevr that has so many problems - or does the American one have the same?
I ask as I think if we have such bad time with one server then we should be able to change to whichever one we like - we are the paying clients after all.
On another note - yes it is Easter. And people should be with their families having fun etc. But something that should not be forgoten is that 1
Not everyone cares that it is Easter (not everyone is religious after all) 2) A hotel, restaurant or many other types of services do not close - and there are millions of people that continue to work across the world on Easter day - so it is a lame excuse to repeatedly say "its Easter". After all what is the excuse for the last 2 weeks of rubbish client service we have had?
Understood problems arise. Technical issues will always be issues that need to be updated and new probelms arise form that.
If it has been down for over 8 hours - then i really do not think there is anyone working on it - it would appear that everyone has the weekend off.

Its probbaly just an escaped hamster has peed in the server casing. Have to coax the little fella out first, after all, someone of Soul's level doesn't get XP for hamster slaying any more.

Yes problems happen every online game has problems 8 hours downtime rofl lol lmao thats nothing anarchy online or eq any other online game infact i've played have experienced downtime of alot longer *yawns* 8 hours is nothing
