If you don't understand or know the level of relationship between two people, how can branding them naive be anything but a sign of naivity? If you don't know a person's current situation life, events that have affected them in one way or another, how can you call a simple expression of emotion and caring naive?

You also missed the point of this thread slightly - people are genuinely concerned about a player in real life. This player usually keeps in touch, and 4 weeks is a long time to be away without contact
