Rite missions:
There is around 40 disabled rite missions. When will those missions work? There is an post about next 150 rites, but i don't think we need ~190 not working rite missions. I love them, they are nice change in game, but please don't give us Patch3 before Patch2 is working.
ATS:
I have account on ATS server. However, i have no intention to use it, becose way of testing is same as in FBT (wrong). On the normal server at lvl 151 you have good q170 armor, amp, sword and the rest of stuff. There is no way that anyone can test PvP balance issues or anything else. Don't forget spending one hour on buying skills and sorting action bars. This way of work during FBT (teleporting lvl150 chars with q75 basic stuff in lvl200 area) had result that game after release was unbalanced (still is, but beter then in begin). Is it posible that you guys copy our characters from normal server to ATS on regular basis (once in a 2-3 weeks). I don't mind to spend some time on ATS and help to make this game beter but without too much trouble. This question is not new, but if you really care about results from ppl on ATS and about quality of those results, you will do something about it.

How do you select people for the ATS what are the criteria and how often are new testers added to the ATS server. As a player of a few mmo' Ryzoms system is very strange to me, i've applied and enjoy testing mmo's but find the lack of even a rejection msg somewhat disapointing.

I understood that any product that uses GPL'ed software will be, by definition, GPL'ed as a whole. So if the 3D engine is GPL then all of the client should be, no? Please be aware that I am not a legal expert nor anyone who will try and make a game for myself. I am just plain curious...
Nel is under dual licence. They offer one GPL and 2 comercial versions:

From the world faq:
Later on, Guilds will be able to take quests that can open up access to the outlying islands of Atys, which aren't accessible otherwise. These islands are privately instantiated for the guild's use for anything from a single game session of a few hours to an entire week.
Is this still being planned? (though obviously after outposts)

The weather in the desert is... screwy.
This is something I'll admit that really _personally_ bugs me.
When storms roll in constantly (in the desert mind you) and the rain sounds start up, but there is no rain, it really breaks the feel for me that this is a real world.
Is this ever going to be changed for individual lands, particularly the desert where it shouldn't rain but maybe once a year? It only snows in the other lands, so this must be possible.

Does the number of members in a guild affect the guild fame in any way? Its been suggested to me by another player that when you do a mission, the guild fame you get is some value divided byt he number of member in the guild. This would mean that its harder to change the fame of huge guilds, so is it true?

How do you intend to implement racial differences without affecting current characters? If my matis character suddenly becomes a range speciallist but useless at close combat for example I may not be best pleased. However I am looking forward to racial differences.
I'm curious mainly from a game design stand point but now you have exisiting players how are you planning to implement it without causing an outcry in the player community?

Then you'd see it fall and turn into mist and rise away.
You can HEAR it hit.

About specialised prospecting for materials:
Is there a significant difference between Minor and Major prospecting?
Or Material Specializing and Craftable Item Part Specializing?
Or (for example) "Ammo Jacket" and "Lining" (both of these can be made from Resin) Craftable Item Part Specializing?
Theoretically there may be a small difference but practically they all do the same.
An example:
Minor Resin Prospection,
Major Resin Prospection,
Minor Ammo Jacket Raw Material Prospection,
Major Ammo Jacket Raw Material Prospecton,
Minor Lining Raw Material Prospection,
Major Lining Raw Material Prospection,
Pretty much do the same, they will find me some Resin, yet cost 20 SP each...
