the problem was that we were supposed to ask questions and make suggestions there, we got 2 answers, one in september and one in october after that nothing happened aside from us being told: "soon"

Bingo! That is exactly why I don't go play on the EE server. Fadin said that they don't force anyone to play on a server they don't want to, but that's anything but true. In order for me to switch servers I would have to cancel my account, buy some new software, create a new character, and pick a new server.
