Hey! I wanted to make that post!
Indeed, Rikka stepped down and Sxarlet was choosen by democratic process to be the new guildleader of Evolution. Aina was the second contestant in the election and was happy to receive only one vote and was not votes as leader.
We have full confidence in Sxarlet to steer us through the troubled waters Atys on EE can be, and let's hope his life is long and fruitfull.

I removed the kind of meaningless " - Guildhall location" bit because its now sorted by where the guildhall is located. If you don't know which is the capital of each race by now, you need help

Not completely sure, but I think Army is a Zorai guild.
Gilded is a one homin guild headed by Oneofone (last time I checked).

Army is definitely a Fyros guild. Mainly (only?) German players.
