I think every other game has fighting on mounts as well, although I'm all for it. Here is a question though - what are you going to do with Mob speeds?

if i can fight on a mount, i dont need to walk / run; if so, for mounts to be catchable by those pesky cutlers speed of cutlers must be increased; if that happens, awesome fast cutlers that give me 1 free shot from 50 meters will be on top of me with a teleportation speed....

ofcourse mobs could start walking and then running within 3 seconds - that would kind of work - still a hack.

Either way I could really care less whether there's pets or not...

but those are just my suggestions...

pets would make ryzom just like every other game though...

but fighting while ON mounts would be neato
