Having worked in a few customer service positions, I was poking fun at anyone who feels that they should be treated like royalty by a stranger for their patronage of a 'budget-minded' business. Getting service is fine, getting good service is great, demanding great service for a relative low cost is a bit selfish and spoiled.

For what I'm paying for this game, I'm getting better than average service(way better from my past gaming experiences), much enjoyment from the game, and some entertainment from my fellow gamers on the forums. I also get some irritation about people who have problems keeping posts from being aggressive/negative/unconstructive in tone.

To everything there is a yin and yang, it's up to the individual to chose whether something's yin is worth it's yang, be it forum use, gameplay, customer service, etc, etc.

i used to be a GM on a game where you payed 10 dollars as a once off payment and provided better service than this so i guess you can see i have my own views as do you

I sent in a email support ticket earlier today, and got an answer within 5 minutes. I'd say thats pretty good support especially as theyre patching today

I put in a ticket in EQ2 and never got a reply in a month

Whats really sad .... for you is I am getting paid while posting here .... you are sat at home frustrated cas you can play a game that you spend you time belittling on the forums.

A large number of you posts drive away the community that will, me the life or death of the game.

In a lot of you post I see your good side, but you seam to hide it well beneath a 'I so hard, can kill you with one spell' attitude that lots of other people, just think of you as a boastful, bully and uses an electonic game to give himself a value in life. You say in other posts you are 24 year old, reading you older posts, I have to say I mistook you for a kiddy both in age and maturity.

k you are really boring me now go check every topic i post in since your getting payed for it look at my first posts see what they are then look for the flames to follow shouldnt be hard for someone with supreme forum knowledge such as yourself you will find i only ever get pissed off when people start talking crap about me or to me as would anyone else
