Is there food or drink in the game?

Food for a USEFUL but not necessary purpose in game OR for role play (Oh the days of eatting Dark elf steaks in EQ, among a CROWD of dark elves *evil grin* of course the parts used were from NPC's, but the effect was the same.) I am ALL for this.

I am also ALL for using Quartered parts, harvested herbs, fruits, new materials like veggies. How about chocolate covered Spiders? Or Chocolate covered Cherries? (cherries in game, would NEED the cocoa spawns to finish the job, that and Oil I would figure).

I am a BIG proponent of CHOICE and flexibility in gaming, and ANYTHING that MUST be done turns me off, it ruins the fun for me. What FUN is it to HAVE to do something just to live?

I mean in real LIFE we "have to" eat, but in real life food TASTES good and FEELS good, smells good, in other words...in real life...if you are eatting ONLY because you MUST...You aint a good cook and never knew one.

Hopefully they will add such content later on, now for example we're getting stylists
