That is only for future female avatars.
The men are expected to keep us stocked with beer, wine, and martinis.

Well, its growing I think.. me (bluezy) and my friend harligt plays allmost 24/7 and well, sometimes its only me and him but at peak hours its about 15 - 20 ppl in as you say. Just keep on play and people will come, if we start to leave and go to other races just b/c its abit low on players in Zora the race will die out.. and that woulnt be good for the game.
So keep it on, send a tell to me and harligt if you get board, we are allways up for some action.
I have playd for 8 days now, and all i do is playing ryzom and sleep. I cant bring my self to leave the computer, I love this game. I know there will be more players, I know this game will succeed, and I am sick of hearing all talk about WoW and EQ2... Do you think EQ was perfect instantly?? No.. it has evolved.. and it has taken many years, I must admit, I have never playd EQ, I'm sure its great, but so is this. I would say one of the best out there.. I liked it alot more then SWG for example... And I feel I can contribute to this game, I feel like I have a saying, and that I have a chance to make this game even better.
One thing that realy helps is to keep submit bugs or any problems you might find, but try to test a few times so you are sure something is wrong. We dont wanna kill the staff, htey do a splended job, 3 times I have had contact with them by sending a ticket and I got an answer within 5 minutes every time. Better support that thas is close to impossible..
And the time of day hasnt made a difference at all.
So keep on play, keep on make Cities of Intuition a nice place to run around in. Keep fight for your space!
Great game! *love it*

Just for the record, EQ was never perfect.

Hello,
we have the same situation here on the German Server - there are about 50 actually playing Zorai, and I recognize most of their Names, about 20 of them are lowlevel, the other 30 startet with Release of Ryzom together with about 20 or 30 more who already quit the game. The fact that there are several Zorai "missing" and wont come back makes me even more sad about our situation.
I organized some treks to bring more Homins to Zorai, but whenever I brought about 40 people to Zora (the route usually is Fyros->Matis->Tryker->Zorai) they would stay only some hours in our land and then leave again for their homecountry.
If you have any more ideas, let me know them...

Murdoch is right, just because there is a low population, don't quite. The only way it will grow is if people start playing it and stay.
As for getting people to actually play the Zoraii. There are suppose to be racial differences introduced in the next update. That might pull some people. Having everyone friendly and helpful also helps. I'm not really sure what else can be done. It would be easier if it was understood why people don't play the Zorai.

That is great in some other cames, but Ryzom is very much community based especially in economy.
As Jesdyr pointed out, a shortage of people at such extreme low levels means few crafters for mages and fighters. It means few teammates for mages and fighters. As crafters leave there become few people for us to forage for.
Pilgrims of Atys was one of the largest guilds, but more importantly was filled with tight-knit people who play together and have fun together. Stay or go, most of them did it together and with patch 1 most people choose to leave.
Yes, those of us who are left can tough it out. Treat it as a job because it is no longer such a game and make to back to where we were. Why should we? because we can be a big guild with incredible uberloot ala EQ, AO, et al? If we were looking for that we could play those games. Ryzom has had a rush of fanbois defending the game with the mass (and if somebody wants to debate whether it was mass or not... just visit Zorai lands) exodus of many people.
Sure we could strive and maybe rebuild something (but one will always be sad where great people move on to other games), but what for? I don't trust that Nevrax hasn't learned their lessons of what they did bad to drive away so many Zorai players in Patch 1.
Anyways, just ranting now but I'm very much in the waiting mode to see if the Zorai community I love is going to survive.

For the love of God do you ever stop whining about how things were great before the patch, now the game is destoryed. Pylgrims was full of close people BLAH, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
Stop moaning and groaning and do something about it. Go to mmorpg and push the game, go to other boards you visit and push the game. Do something, anything. Just please stop making every post into this paragraph about how things were once good and are no more.

Cerest, please have a chat with Raynes about making constructive posts that aren't personal attacks on other players and guilds.
Thank you.

Svayvti hun, let patch 1 go. It happened, people who didn't really like it moved on for the most part. Nevrax has been quick to readjust changes. It has become easier, new people are coming into the game. People are continuing to play the game and level at a decent rate. People are moving between the lands.
So why keep bringing up negativity about something in the past? You're acting like Nevrax cheated on you with your best friend. For once, I'm going to agree with Raynes on something.

And mekos, just shoosh on that last post, it wasn't a personal attack, it was an actual worthwhile statement calling for someone to move on with their game.
