Nevrax Overpushed the Preorder and didn't deliver

Actually were a week behind and I have to say Ubisoft have really pulled out the stops to get the boxes to us, they were not planned as the original distributor, took the job on at the 11th hour and if I really do get the box on the 24th (apparently my item is being picked and packed today) thats bloody good going really.

Nevrax have been dropped in the ****.. they could slag off the original distributors who have let them down but theyre being graceful about it.

I've been REALLY impressed with the speed at which Ubisoft were able to get this out to the shelves. A day before the slated release (15th) we didnt even know who the uk distributer was going to be in just 1 week they've got it sorted and my game got shipped to me today for arrival tomorrow. My only complaint on the matter would be that we didnt get any offical statement to calm our nerves prior to the ubi announcement, Us UK players were feeling a bit ignored as the release date loomed closer and closer.

Tomorrow when I log in it will all be a faint memory tho.

I keep thinking about jumping in this thread but you guys are doing such a great job of explaining the situation, I read you posts and nod while saying "exactly!"...

One thing I would like to say, UbiSoft is doing a great job. They had little time to roll out and they are busting their backsides to get the game to you.

We couldn't announce anything sooner than we did because we really needed to have it all setup and agreed to before we posted here. It was frustrating for everyone.

Anyway - back to your posts. You are doing such a good job here, I may have to start a troll war. <grinning>
