So now you want to drag your cooworkers down with you? No, I will not give you that. You personally posted an inflammatory thread in an outrage against others who do not share YOUR point of view. Your coworkers YOU mention are not here making the same remarks. I will not flame them, but I place the challenge squarely on yourself to prove your opinion is soooo right that makes the greater majority here a waste of Your time ...
Freedom to speak is one thing, choosing to read what others have to say and demanding they would just crawl up into a fetal position and die for your opinions are quite another, Trosky.
SQUEAK!

EXACTLY! Now you know how we feel too when someone posts that the game is perfect in their view and we should all quit whining.
No....and in fact, I will state my reasons here: Good place to do it..\
Patch 1 totallly whacked the cpmbat and spell system out of proportion to what was initially offered. We were enjoying the game and now it is not very fun as the difficulty level was swung in the opposite direction.
Evidenced by the fact you could not even begin a new chraracter without grouping to kill a suckling yubo, the DEV's mustered an emergency patch which in turn created more bugs.
Inventory bugs abound.
Combat is too tough for solo.
Mages are struggling.
People are complaining and leaving.
How far off the mark are we?

Just a teensie correction here -- the Suckling Yubos ended up with around 200hp due to a bug. This had nothing to do with the revamped combat system. The corrected Yubos are still under the new combat system, but have their HP bug fixed, and as such are killable by newbies :)

Im trosky's friend. Writing from is account.
Trosky is just acting the exact same way your acting toward Nevrax and Ryzom, leting his emotion out. He knows what the result of his post would be, hes gonna get flamed, that was obvious.
I did wrote my Thesis about forums and flamers, we actually went to various french forums, looking for flames... then asked various question to the flamers to find what kind of individuals they were.
The conclusion trosky stated and the comparaison with Dr Zimbardo Experience is a good summarize of my thesis, it was a lot more complete then that but i wont explain everything on a forum... i think its already enough to see where im going.
But i dont think its a good idea to make fun of flamers (because of the usual background of a flamer and the fact that they actually take forums personally).
But i got to admit that most of them are really funny.
