Ive changed my first post to the "hippy" way. This way people wont think the community is immature. Anyway i think no one is arguing over what im saying... only over the way im saying it.

Ok so if i follow what your saying you must agree with that :

Exemple :
You've got a problem with your internet connection.
You call your ISP and yell at the support guy that answer you.
The guy check your connection, fix the problem...

So thats fine right ? no problem here ?

The guy that answered you was not the source of the problem.
Nor was the ISP, you no errors happen, in real life, everywhere, they are inevitable.
Plus the guy fixed your problem, there was no need to yell.

It's funny, an official person from the game gives them a contact number. A player points out that you can't download unless you supply an email address and the original poster never responds again. Guess it shows that there is more to the original post than meets the eye.

Please email billing-ee@ryzom.com and explain your problem.

Run the client_ryzom_rd.exe in your new ryzom folder.

It should be an exe file to launch the game. For instance on my ryzom cd I click on the setup.exe icon to install the game.
