Hello everyone,

(carefully poking my head up and looking around)

My name is Bridgette and I am the Community Manager for Nevrax.

Now, before you bite my head off and use it to play bowling for yubos... I'm here to address your issue with the shipping delays.

A few points I have to make.

1. Nevrax doesn't control the actual distribution. They have distribution deals with companies in different markets.

2. Nevrax would not post here or anywhere if they were angry with a distributor. That would be (a) pointless as far as getting you the game sooner and (b) let'e face it, we want the game on the shelves. Screaming/public rants etc... do nothing to help.

3. If pulling my own hair out indicates our own level of frustration... consider me bald!

4. Many of you have asked about download & CD Key options. This again is tied to distribution deals. You can't simply cut retailers out of the loop and expect them to want your product on their shelves. It doesn't work that way. I wish it did.

So, are we happy with how this has gone? No. Can we stand here and publicly blame anyone, No.

So, we take responsibility. We made our distribution deals and the game is getting to you later than we planned. For this we owe you a huge apology.

We are doing everything we can to get the game to you. Seriously.
